Frequently Asked Questions

Occupational Therapy groups are skilled occupational therapy groups where each child’s baseline skill level is evaluated and goals are identified for a specific outcome. These groups are best for children with an occupational therapy need and designed to provide alternative treatment method at a reduced cost. 

Wellness groups, clubs and enrichment are designed to enhance development and the health and well-being of every child. These groups are fun and engaging similar to a club session. Children should be able to participate with limited support.

We ask that you give us 24hrs notice; however, if your child is sick please let us know. We will make every effort to reschedule your sessions. Groups sessions may not be able to be made up If a session is missed as it involves rescheduling multiple families. If you no show, no call or call with less than 24 hours notice you may be charged for the session. If more than three sessions are missed, we may recommend our relationship to end and a referral to another provider will be provided.
