Payments

We are out-of-network for insurance companies and do not bill them directly. However, we are happy to provide a specialized receipt (SuperBill) to clients for Evaluations,  Individual Occupational Therapy sessions OR Occupational Therapy Group sessions to submit to your insurance company. Some insurance companies require prior authorization prior to the first session. It is important that you understand the requirements of your insurance. NOT ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES REIMBURSE FOR GROUP SESSIONS. Wellness groups, enrichment groups, clubs and open gym sessions are not covered by insurance companies. SuperBills MUST be requested prior to the start of services and will not be provided retroactively. Effective 1/1/2024, DISCOUNTS MAY NOT BE APPLIED TO CLIENTS SUBMITTING FOR INSURANCE BENEFITS. 

• We provide additional discounts for siblings attending sessions simultaneously.
• We provide discounts for children who are in DCF custody for Enrichment and Occupational Therapy services.
• Other discounts are offered throughout the year.
• Only one discount can be applied at a time
