All groups are 40-60 minutes in length and are led by a Licensed Occupational Therapist and/or Occupational Therapy staff. These groups are recreational and are not a substitute for direct occupational therapy services. Wellness and open gyms are only held at our Wilbraham location at this time.

Registration is required for all wellness groups. Wellness groups are not skilled occupational therapy sessions.

These sessions are designed to engage children through music and movement-based activities. Movements will focus on strengthening the brain-body connection, and gross and fine motor skills. Building the foundation for more coordinated movements. The sessions are recommended for children aged 0-5 years, with a maximum of 6-8 children per session. (40-45min)

These skills form the foundation for further developmental milestones. Recommended for children 0-3 years, max 6-8 children. These sessions run 40-45minutes.

This group includes the exploration of tactile/touch sensory play. If you have a child that likes to get messy this is the group for them. The children will end the session with free play in the sensory gym. This group is recommended for children ages 3+, max 6-8 children. * This group is $20, due to the cost of supplies (50-55min).
